• Position: Executive (Receptionist)

• Educational Qualification: Graduate

• Work Experience and Skills Required:

- Minimum 3 years

- Fluent in spoken English

- Computer literate

• Brief Job Description:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.  UNITED GROUP

- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and offices.

- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
