We are looking for a HR Executive for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

Urgent Hiring Business Development Executive (Male)

*Objectives of this Role: 

• Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

• Implementing effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. Human Resources Executive

• Looking after the complete recruitment, selection and onboarding process

• Assess training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives for all employees

• Promoting a productive workplace and ensuring a culture of collaboration and accountability.

• Collaborating with the CEO to systematically manage the business’s overall HR policy

• Understanding and adhering to all pertinent labor laws

• Overseeing the employee's termination process

We are Hiring Executive (Student Consultancy)

• Honest, ethical, and dependable

• Positive, go-getter attitude

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in management studies/ HRM/ MIS

• Prior experience in HR role will be given preference

• Highly computer literate in Microsoft & Google Suite (especially Excel) Human Resources Executive

• Strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters

Office Time: 08:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M.

Office Location: House No. 6B (1st Floor), Road No. 32, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka-1212.

Weekend: Friday (additionally alternate Saturdays- 2 in each month)

Salary Range: BDT 20,000-30,000 (depends on skills and experience) Human Resources Executive
